How To Achieve Goals

People often start a new work with enthusiasm, put lots of energy, time and money in order to achieve the targets. Sometime they network with the enthusiastic people but after few disappointments and in spite of spending a good amount of time and money if results are not achieved as desired; they leave the work and often go back to their regular life. But the burning desire to achieve their dreams within them never disappears. Many of them tries again and again, few of them get the results too but most of them keep the desire and do not act due to lack of right understanding and guidance.

Here are few key Tasks to achieve your DREAMS which never let you sleep.

Start with Keeping the End in mind (Dreams):-

All achievements were DREAMS of someone in the beginning. If you have a dream which keeps you awake, go for it.

Convert the DREAM in the GOAL. Dreams with clear direction become GOALS.

Make sure your GOALS are SMART

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Attainable

R - Realistic

T - Time bound

Work on the every aspect of the project to make you aligned with the specific GOAL.

Once Goals are SMART, END RESULT is clearly visible.

Visualize the Results:-

This step is MOST IMPORTANT, do not only visualize but believe in the end results. Start to live the dream in present. Spend a few moments running through all the minute details in your memory every day. With visuals of the outcome, attainability increases to its highest form.

Every dream accomplished ever was built in 3 stages:-

· First IN THE MIND

· Second ON THE PAPER

· Finally IN REALITY

More you Visualize, closer the goal will become. You will have more connection with it and work with more energy to achieve it. This basic fundamental is applicable to everything that we have in present.

We do not get what we want; We ONLY achieve what we TRULY want.

Group with Like Minded People:-

Horses do not play with Donkeys. If you are on a mission, find people with similar missions as of yours and be friends with them. Spend most of your time with people who possess excellent skills related to the project you are on.

Everyone is an expert in one way or the other, if they cannot push you ahead, they can bring you down.

If you are not being pushed ahead to complete your journey by the group of people you spend most of your time with. It is the time to leave that group immediately.

Find toughest group of people who have already achieved their Goals, this company is most suitable for a dreamer.

Stay away from negativity as much as you can.

Find positive affirmations, read daily, exercise well, eat healthy and sleep deep.

Create Daily Routine-5 A.M/ Exercise daily / Reading /meditate

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy, and wise.” “Be willing to be a beginner every single morning.” “Lose an hour in the morning, and you will be all day hunting for it.” “It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom.”

Take Regular Breaks:-

Regular breaks will re-energize the passion and remove the fatigue from the mind too. Find time to relax yourself, spend leisure time with your loved ones, take short breaks, re energize with some games, and spend time with nature. Spend time with something which rejuvenates the child in you.

Be Consistent:-

Consistency is the key. Hard work doesn’t deliver the work alone but the consistency does. We all know the fact. To achieve the goal follow the 90-90-1 approach.

Be consistent for 90 Days, 90 Minutes Daily, on 1 Project

Note Daily Progress:-

Keep writing daily progress, daily asks for the project at hand. Best part of writing your daily tasks is: it keeps the brains FREE from all the related issues. Brains work well when it THINKS ahead.

If it needs to keep thinking of the tasks not completed, it will lose the interest and you tend to leave the project mid way. It happens with a lot with the beginners. More than 90% of the beginners abandon their project.

Always have a habit of keeping notes in the diary, notepad, create electronic meeting invites for important meetings rather than remembering them.

Go through your daily notes every night before sleeping, plan your next day, and make notes. Start your noted activities in the morning.
